Overview
The apartment is small but well planned and equipped.
It can sleep 4 comfortably. UK & French TV, Private Wifi and a convenient (if a little narrow) parking place.
Ski Hire & Supermarket are only 150 metres away & bus stops to Ski School and Meribel centre are right outside, the buses are free and frequent.
There are restaurants and a Pizzeria all close by as well.

Kitchen - well equipped to include kettle, combination oven, iron, good selection of pans and utensils. Boot warmer.
Bedroom - double bed with storage below and a wardrobe, window with shutter and mountain views.
Bathroom - big for apartment size, bath with shower, washing machine and storage
Outside - balcony with sunny aspect and picnic table.

A short walk into the village where you will find a host of local amenities; baker, butcher, mini markets, pharmacy, post office & weekly Provençal market.
There are also several bars and restaurants in the village.

Lounge - open plan with seating, Smart TV with French and UK TV channels. Mezzanine/3rd bedroom above with a double and single bed.
Kitchen - well equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer with ice maker.
Bedrooms - master bedroom with 160 bed, second bedroom with double and single bed.
AC in the lounge and bedrooms.
Swimming Pool - private with integrated steps, 8m x 4m x 1.5m deep and fitted with an alarm.
Parking for 1 car.

All our weeks are booked with linens and towels provided.
Linens are hot washed and ironed.

We have split ourtime between Meribel, Nice and Flayosc for the last 30 years.
Professionally, we continue to work in the service industry and we are focussed on customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
As we spend a significant amount of time in each location, we have equipped each place tofeel like a home away from home and not just a holiday rental.
We have choosen nice locations with good facilities, we like to think our properties are excellent value for money and very comfortable for a week or two on holiday.
You will always find a welcome book with useful information, 'local' knowledge for getting around aswell as things to do and places to see.
